I. Who can join the promo?

  1. A barkada composed of 3-5 members only, all of whom are Philippine residents ("Participant"). Each member can only join one (1) barkada for this Promo. Multiple groups will result to disqualification (of all groups involved).
  2. The members of the Participant must all be fans of the Chippy Facebook page.
  3. Fans of the Chippy Facebook page aged 13 and above. Should the winner be below 18 years old, he or she should be accompanied by their parents or legal guardian for them to claim their prize.
  4. Employees of Universal Robina Corporation, Summit Connect, Stratworks and their relatives up to the 1st degree of affinity and consanguinity are disqualified from joining.

II. Mechanics

  1. Participant must visit and register with the following details: Group name (one word, unique ID), members’ full name, email address, contact numbers and residence. Individual members registered will receive an invite to their email and must confirm by logging in their Facebook account.
  2. Changing of names and members of the Barkada-Participant are not allowed.
  3. Participant(s) must post or upload the photo or video entry in their Facebook wall and paste the link/url of the entry in the microsite ("Entry"). The Entry must:
    • Be public;
    • Represents the completion of one (1) out of three (3) Kada challenges/theme every month, which shall be posted on
    • Show a Chippy product. Use of any editing tools to place the Chippy product in any Entry is not allowed;
  4. Participant can only send one (1) Entry per theme/month.
  5. Approval of entry is within 48 hours. Participant(s) will receive an email should their entry got approved or rejected.
  6. Participant(s) who completed the monthly Kada Challenges will earn +1 bonus point for every challenge completed during judging for the Final Barkada Challenge.
  7. All submitted Entries will be collated in each Kada profile.
  8. There will be a voting function hosted in the microsite for each entry submitted. Only the votes in the microsite will be counted and considered in the judging. The likes and shares in Facebook posts will not be counted. Only one vote per person per day will be allowed in the microsite.
  9. For the last challenge, participant(s) will be asked, "Saan isasama ng barkada mo ang Chippy?" Participants must show where and how they will enjoy Chippy as a barkada.
  10. The last challenge can be in a photo, video, boomerang, etc. format (participant's choice for their creative execution as long the entry depicts why they are deserving to win).
  11. Participants must upload their final challenge Entry in Facebook and copy the link in the microsite.
  12. Submission of entries for the last challenge will close by the end of the 3rd week of December 2017.

III. Entry Guidelines

  1. Entries submitted with any form of violation with copyright and intellectual property rights shall be considered invalid and disqualified.
  2. Must not contain inappropriate content, including but not limited to:
    • Obscene, pornographic, or sexually-explicit content or information
    • Materials which contain information that poses a risk to the health and safety of others
    • Materials which show strong support or opposition to any political or religious group or person
    • Content that is considered offensive to the users, such as those that encourage the commission of an illegal, immoral or threatening activity, promote harassment, racism, hatred or discrimination against any group or individual, or provide information which you know are false, misleading, or harmful to any group or individual
    • Content images with competitors and other brand’s logos including pack shots and branded merchandise aside from Chippy
    • Materials which are defamatory or libelous in character or those which violate the privacy of any group or individual
    • Materials which infringe upon the right of any third party, including copyright, publication right, or any other intellectual property or proprietary right, or those which promote the infringement of any party’s intellectual property rights such as providing or advocating the use of pirated images, or providing link to sites which provide them
  3. Entries will be evaluated upon submission. If found in violation or contains inappropriate content, the Entry shall be removed from the, and the Participant shall be disqualified from the Promo.

IV. Determination of Winners/Prizes

V. General Promo Flow

  1. Duration of promo will be from April 3, 2017 to December 31, 2017.
  2. Posting of challenges every 1st Monday of the the month.
  3. Judging of entries will be every 4th week of the month.
  4. Announcement of monthly winners will be every Friday of 4th week of the month.

Winners will be notified through a public post on the Chippy Facebook page, phone call, and registered mail.

VIII. Claiming of Prizes

  1. Winners must claim their prize at 7th Floor Robinsons Cybergate 3 Pioneer St. Mandaluyong City.
    1. Winners have to present the following:
      • Photocopy of a valid ID with photo (e.g. Passport, Driver's License, SSS ID, Voter's ID, Company ID, Student ID, etc.).
      • Printout of Chippy's congratulatory Facebook announcement and mail.
    2. Winners can send an authorized representative to claim the prizes on their behalf. The representative must bring the following:
      • Authorization letter with the winner's signature.
      • Photocopy of a valid ID with photo of the representative
      • Photocopy of a valid ID with photo of the winner
      • Printout of Chippy's congratulatory Facebook announcement and mail.

    For winners outside Metro Manila, prizes will be sent through courier to the winners' corresponding mailing address.

  2. Redemption is within 60 days from the date of the announcement on the Chippy Facebook page.
  3. Prizes not claimed within the redemption period will be forfeited and subject to URC's discretion on use.
  4. Minor prizes are transferable, non-convertible to cash and non-refundable.
  5. Grand Prize (All-expense paid trip) is non- transferable, non-convertible to cash & non-refundable.

IX. Important Notes

  1. The decision of Summit Media in consultation with FDA is final and not subject to dispute.
  2. Organizers of the promotion reserve the right to invalidate entries entered though unscrupulous means such as electronic manipulation and violation of any remarks stated in the terms and conditions.
  3. Organizers of the promotion will not be the responsible for expenses incurred by the monthly winners in claiming their prizes (i.e. accommodations, travel expenses, etc.)
  4. Winners are required to post photos and videos in their social media accounts, while enjoying their prize (e.g. theme parks, dinner, getaways) using #ChippyKadaBucketListChallenge.
  5. Organizers of this promotion will not be liable for any unfavorable circumstances that may arise to the winners during the period of claiming up to the excursion.
  6. All-expense paid trip includes only: Airfare, accommodations, and food allowance. Other expenses e.g. terminal fees, visa, pocket money, etc. should be shouldered by the winner(s).
  7. Participants grant Universal Robina Corporation the absolute, exclusive, unlimited, and ongoing right to publish and use the photo(s), video(s)/entries and social media posts in any form and for promotional purposes, including but not limited to posters, websites, mobile downloads, and collaterals used to promote Chippy.
  8. Participants grant URC unlimited rights to amend, edit, select, crop, retouch, add or delete from any work (in any format whether electronic or otherwise).
